Welcome to JORMAKKA | Official Music Store. By purchasing digital music from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Products

We sell digital music downloads, including MP3 and WAV audio files.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions specify the available audio formats and other relevant information.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Applicable taxes and the final purchase amount are displayed before payment.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is confirmed following successful checkout and payment.

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital music through a download link, normally delivered by email.

Some purchases may be provided as ZIP archives containing the purchased audio files.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Copyright and License

All music sold through JORMAKKA | Official Music Store is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a music download grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial listening.

Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.

Without separate permission from the relevant rights holder, customers may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the music files.

  • Upload or share the files on unauthorized distribution platforms.

  • Sell copies of the recordings.

  • Use the recordings commercially, including in advertising, films, or other commercial productions.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the relevant rights holders.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins only when the legal requirements have been met, including the customer's prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights, and the required confirmation from the seller.

7. Technical Problems

If a purchased download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, or otherwise defective, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.

Disputes may be resolved through competent courts or consumer dispute resolution bodies as provided by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
